You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.
Return Conditions
- Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
How to Start a Return
Contact us at info@doughtinator.com to begin the return process. We will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Wrong Items
Please check your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can fix the issue.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original product, and place a new order after the return is approved.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, unless an exemption applies under applicable law (for example, certain digital content supplied immediately after purchase with your prior consent).

Returned physical items must be in their original condition, unused, with tags and original packaging where applicable, together with proof of purchase.
Digital Downloads
Digital products are delivered immediately after purchase.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, by purchasing and accessing a digital download immediately, you expressly consent to the immediate supply of the digital content and acknowledge that, where permitted by applicable law, you lose your statutory right of withdrawal once delivery has begun.
Because of this, digital downloads are generally non-refundable once they have been accessed or downloaded, except where required by law or where the product is faulty or not as described.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, contact us at info@doughtinator.com.
